TruMetabolic Health & Wellness is a medical practice dedicated to helping individuals achieve meaningful and sustainable weight loss through clinically guided care. We currently focus on medical weight loss services, with a long-term vision to expand into comprehensive primary care.
Your first visit at TruMetabolic Health & Wellness goes beyond traditional weight-loss care. Rather than focusing solely on the number on the scale, we take a comprehensive approach to evaluate your overall metabolic health and identify the root factors influencing weight, energy, and long-term wellness.
During this in-depth visit, we review your medical history, medications, lifestyle habits, nutrition patterns, and prior weight-loss efforts. We also perform metabolic and body-composition testing. We use InBody technology to go beyond the scale and assess your metabolic health. The InBody scan provides body fat percentages, skeletal muscle mass, visceral fat levels, basal metabolic rate, water balance and inflammation markers.
Laboratory evaluations are also used to assess markers such as insulin resistance, blood sugar regulation, lipid levels, hormonal balance, and other key indicators of metabolic health. Based on these findings, we create a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan that will include nutrition and lifestyle guidance, targeted supplementation, and—when appropriate—medical therapies such as GLP-1 medications. Our goal is to help you understand why weight changes occur and to support sustainable improvements in health, not just short-term weight loss.
Your results guide your plan. Using data from your initial visit, we create a customized approach that targets metabolic health while supporting safe, effective, and sustainable weight loss.
At TruMetabolic Health & Wellness, our coaching plan is designed to support lasting change—not quick fixes. Coaching is a core part of your personalized care and focuses on helping you build sustainable habits that improve metabolic health, weight regulation, and overall well-being.
Through regular one-on-one coaching sessions, we provide ongoing guidance in nutrition, lifestyle behaviors, mindset, and goal setting. Your coach works closely with you to review progress, address challenges, and adjust strategies based on your metabolic data, lab results, and real-life needs. Education, accountability, and support are woven into every interaction to help you stay consistent and confident.
Our coaching plan empowers you with practical tools, realistic strategies, and continuous support—helping you understand your body, overcome obstacles, and maintain results long after the program ends.
